Endless Mode just got more interesting!

Another week, another update!
This time I decided to give the endless mode center stage. Not only because I'm having a hard time to think of good story content and progression, but also to (kinda) prove that you can actually be attacked by a horde of fishfolk. Apparently, being attacked by hordes is something highly desirable in certain indie game subcultures.

Also, I wanted to showcase the local multiplayer option a little better. Goblin vs. Fishfolk supports up to 5 players, using four gamepads and one keyboard+mouse.

What's new in this release:
As listed in the github backlog, these are the new Milestone 24 additions:
- Add ocean to endless mode
- Add turtle wave to endless mode
- Add survival time to endless mode
- Make gem and crystal drops deterministic
- Add sprinting with the X-button / Shift-button (speeds up AnimationTree of goblin)
- Add ScrollContainer with score cards to endless mode
- Make ScrollContainer slide between score cards
- team scores: damage dealt, gems earned, crystals earned per player
- team scores: damage dealt and kills per enemy type
- Reorder players based on most damage / collected
- Only show players that joined the game on the score card
- Fixed width for HP bars
- Show HP bars only when HP is not full
- Print survival time prominently on the game over splash
- Show the score card prominently on the game over splash as well
- give endless mode the center stage
- more turtles, more room for turtles
- Add sprinting to the tutorial
- Add short explainers to each mode to the title screen
